[Construction Example] Greening of the asphalt (pavement) factory employee parking lot.

Standard equipped with automatic irrigation system! A case study of thin-layer parking greening method installed on pavement.

In the fiscal year 2018 (H30), we would like to introduce a case where the "Tafutafu Park 55," a type of green parking method installed on pavement, was implemented in the greening project of a private factory employee parking lot. The existing asphalt was excavated by 55mm, and our product was embedded. Due to the limited number of parking spaces for employees, the project was divided into sections to ensure that employee parking could be maintained during construction. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. [Case Overview] ■ Project Name: 2018 (H30) Fiscal Year Private Factory Employee Parking Lot Greening Project ■ Location: Hyogo Prefecture ■ Construction Date: March 2019 (R1) ■ Area: 400m2 ■ Purpose: Parking Lot *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

【Construction Example】Greening of a parking lot that can be completed in a short period and with minimal yard space.

The construction period can be shortened, and even if there are no operating factories or alternative parking spaces available, it is possible to carry out the work with minimal yard space!

In the fiscal year 2022 (R4), we would like to introduce a case where the "Tafutafu Park 55" green parking method was implemented in the greening construction of a private factory employee parking lot. This method was adopted because it minimizes the removal of existing asphalt and can be constructed without affecting the operational factory. We excavated 55mm of the existing asphalt and installed our product. This method does not require the stripping of existing pavement such as asphalt or earthworks, allowing for a reduction in removal and disposal costs. 【Case Overview】 ■ Project Name: 2022 (R4) Fiscal Year Private Factory Employee Parking Lot Greening Construction ■ Location: Osaka Prefecture ■ Construction Date: October 2022 (R4) ■ Area: 1330m2 ■ Purpose: Parking Lot *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Integrated parking lot greening method "Tafutafu Park" for roadbed layers.

It is a green parking lot (grass parking) that prevents soil compaction caused by vehicle pressure and maintains a structure that ensures the growth layer for roots.

Securing green space within a limited area (the criteria for inclusion in green space varies by municipality). For the lawn, we use 'Kyoriyokka 21', which is highly effective against the high temperatures and dryness of parking lots. The single-grain structure of the 'NS Subbase', which has extremely high permeability, also supports root growth into the voids and provides stability. 【Features】 ■ Can be included in green space (green coverage rate of 92%) ■ Difficult to form puddles or ruts ■ Strong against foot pressure (supports total weight of 25 tons) ■ Improved drainage ■ Resistant to stress ■ Enhanced water retention and nutrient retention *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Paved Surface Installation Type Parking Lot Greening Method "Tough Tough Park 55"

We can convert the existing parking lot into green space with the maximum area and the shortest construction period.

【Features】 ■ Direct installation on existing pavement! ■ Possible to construct in divided small areas ■ Green coverage rate of over 90% ■ Elimination of height differences with existing pavement is also possible There is no need for the removal of existing asphalt or earthworks, which can reduce removal and disposal costs. The construction period can also be shortened, allowing for minimal yard work even when a factory is operational or alternative parking cannot be provided. If lowering is required, separate consideration for drainage methods (such as buried drains) will be necessary. If alternative parking spaces cannot be secured during the construction period, the construction area can be divided for execution. There have been cases where approximately 100 parking spaces were constructed in three phases (approximately 10 to 20 spaces over about 5 days). The protruding parts of the grass protection material are designed to withstand the minimum necessary pressure and load (supporting a total weight of 25 tons), protecting the grass from damage caused by vehicle pressure and abrasion. During expansions or renovations of factories, the maximum green space can be secured within limited areas such as employee parking lots, compensating for any lack of green space. (The criteria for inclusion in green space may vary by municipality) *Please feel free to contact us for more details.
